Lemon Verbena

Aloysia citrodora

Originating from Peru and Chile, the west coast of South America, the Spanish brought it to Europe in the 17th century and was named Aloysia citriodora, in honor of Princess Parma and later Queen of Spain Maria Louise.


According to research, lemon verbena, in combination with omega-3 fatty acids, enhances memory and provides spiritual clarity.
